Turkey will close an important gap in this area
STM ThinkTech Coordinator Retired Lieutenant General Alpaslan Erdogan, who stated that today’s competition is getting more and more difficult due to globalization and developing technology, and that businesses need to go beyond conventional methods to achieve sustainable growth by preserving their competitive power. He said that making the right strategic decisions and seeing the unforeseen is possible with the Business World War Game. Simulation is tailored for each situation based on role
Stating that with the program in question, companies can begin to determine their future in a much more realistic way, Erdogan said: “With role-based simulations designed specifically for every situation, companies can detect their blind spots. Simulation makes possible risks visible by allowing the strategic plan to be tested for possible reactions of competitors. Thanks to social interaction, it contributes to the creation of new knowledge. One of his most important contributions is to reinforce the team culture. This simulation, which provides different perspectives and results by making use of limited information, is actually an accelerated learning style. This method, which allows for the development of foresight against risk, change and competitors, also makes it easier to adapt to internal and external dynamics. As STM ThinkTech,
