Enea has signed a traffic management software upgrade contract with a North American service provider. The main part of the contract covers perpetual licenses for 4G and 5G traffic. Software licenses worth USD 0.9 million are recognized during the fourth quarter of 2020, while the remaining part generates revenues during 2021. The total contract value is USD 4.1 million.
The mobile video traffic management solutions provided by Enea alleviate radio network congestion, accelerate video delivery, and improve subscribers’ quality of experience. Enea’s open and cloud-native products are used by network operators worldwide, including eight out of the ten largest mobile operator groups in the world.
