Private equity firm Crown Capital Partners Inc. acquired Canadian satellite service company Galaxy Broadband Communications Inc. for C$7.5 million. The acquisition is the Canadian firm’s second in the network services industry and follows its 2019 acquisition of WireIE Holdings International Inc., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Crown.
The price included cash, assumed debt and performance-based earnout payments.
