Ahead of next launch, Chinese officials transferred Long March 8 Yaoyi rocket to the launch area

On December 16, the Long March 8 Yaoyi carrier rocket completed the related work in the technical zone at the Wenchang Space Launch Site in China, and was transferred vertically to the launch zone. It is planned to select an opportunity to carry out a flight test mission at the end of December.

At 8:20 a.m. on the 16th, the mobile launch platform carrying the Long March 8 Yaoyi launch vehicle drove out of the vertical test plant at the launch site, drove smoothly, and safely transferred to the launch area. Later, the rocket will be filled with propellant and launch as planned. (Photo: Tu Haichao)
